We were to open in September 2013

The Bristol Primary School was due to open in September 2013 and the voluntary group that had proposed this had put considerable work into this.

Unfortunately, the Government has decided not to continue funding this so the school will not now open.

We are sorry for this and apologise to all the parents, community members and other supporters who had showed their faith in us and flocked to try to book a place.

The key reason appears to be the siting of the school and all the political issues that swirled around the school.

Bristol still has major problems with school places and we wish them well in trying to meet both these and the aspirations of the residents who showed their faith in us.
